How long will my on-line order take?

If we receive an order overnight we will normally ship it to you the following day. If you are in Brisbane metro area you might receive it that day! Otherwise delivery is within 2-3 days and we’ll send you the tracking details.

You can pay for express freight to receive your package overnight if in an Australian metro area.

What if the items I chose aren’t in stock?

All the styles & sizes we have on our web-store should be in stock. However, on the rare occasion that we don’t have what you purchased, we will call you to let you know whether we can get it in. We then ship your item the same day we receive it.  If we are unable to re-order that item, we will immediately refund you.

Can I send a gift on-line?

 Absolutely! Just make note that this is a gift and we’ll remove tags and include beautiful gift wrapping at no charge. You can even purchase a small gift tag and we’ll add your message.

 Alternatively, you may like to give us a call on 3868 4164, or send us an email and we can find and package up the perfect present!

 

What do you do with my contact details?

 Any personal information provided by you (including name, address, phone number or email address) will remain with us. It will NOT be sold or rented to any third party. Will we of course need to use your details to ship goods!  Contact us for our full Privacy Policy.
